Hi, I’m Catherine.

I’m an experienced Landlord and Property & Lettings Manager, with an established portfolio of quality properties, working across Warwickshire, West Midlands and the South East.

Before Property and Lettings, I started my career in Marketing, holding roles both agency and client side across a number of business sectors, but my true passion was always property and homes, having grown up in a family of self-builders and later taking on numerous property renovations.

My approach focuses on ensuring the best fit for Landlords and Tenants through a personal service that can handle all aspects of your property letting; from ensuring it is ready to rent, to meeting and liaising with tenants on your behalf. I focus on building strong relationships. I know that tenants who feel as though their needs are heard and that the property they live in is cared for, make for longer lasting, happy occupants who take pride in their home.

I also appreciate the importance of knowing your investment is in safe hands and that the property is being managed effectively and consistently - and just how time consuming that can be!

I pride myself on offering a personal and approachable, yet professional service. I can support all aspects of managing your property from Full Management to Marketing and Tenant Find only, Rent Collection and our Ready to Rent service.

Outside of work, I'm a mum to two young children, keen home improver and love hosting and cooking for family and friends.
